Bravida cuts a deal with ePocket for Handyman all over Scandinavia!
Bravida is one of Scandinavias leading suppliers of technical installations and utility services within electro, plumbing and ventilation. They have chosen ePocket Handyman as their mobile order management software solution for Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The long-time agreement will in its first stage, starting autumn 2008, support 2000 service technicians.
After a long negotiation period including the majority of participants in the market, the final decision fell upon ePocket Solutions AS with the software Handyman. “This order is the largest in this company’s history, and is the result of our decision of making the Scandinavian market our area of commitment” states Jarl Spandow, the CEO of ePocket Solutions AS.

With Handyman on handheld terminals, the service technician has a natural extension with the company’s system Agresso when they are out in the field. They can receive current orders when they are out on a job assignment, and can easily get an overview and control of their own working hours, use of material, documentation and more used on the job.
Because Handyman increases work efficiency and therefore frees valuable time, the service technician can use more time on job assignments and less time on paperwork. For the customer this implies further improved quality of service.
